The heat exchanger fouling serious before reformation, an average of 1 to 2 months to parking overhaul, it’s seriously affect the normal production operation. Through analyzing the reason of the heat exchanger fouling, DDTS proposed the reformation solution and the structure of the heat exchanger was reformed, after the reformation the fouling is reduced obviously. Equipment Leakage Failure Technology Reform Case 2012-Nanjing-Aspen EDR

A leakage caused by the heat exchanger tube vibration, corrosion under the scale which finally caused the equipment leakage failure. Tube with baffle joints the tube was abraded and the external surface of the tube had a large area of ulcer corrosion pits. We proposed the solution through analysing the failure: to eliminate the vibration completely solved the problem of tube leakage, reformed tube bundle, at the same time to prevent the harmful ion concentration in process water, added an outlet to strengthen sewage discharge capacity in shell side.
